Musical improv with Jackson Holladay

Musical Improv is a specialty course at ImprovBroadway. The class builds on narrative long-form improv and introduces the basics of musical improv.

All students should have already completed Improv 101-401 before taking this class.

Class size: 10-15

Duration: Each level is 4 weeks, once a week, for two hours a session.

Class Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, every Thursday for 4 weeks, starting May 9, 2024 and ending May 30, 2024

Class Requirements: Students must be 18 years or older to take the ImprovBroadway courses and be willing to abide by ImprovBroadway's family-friendly content policy. To graduate each course, students must arrive on time to each session, attend each class to completion, attend one ImprovBroadway show (students will be provided a complimentary ticket) within the duration of each course unless otherwise worked out with the instructor. We're not monsters.

​About: Improv 101-401 is the core curriculum classes at the ImprovBroadway Theater and School of Comedy. Each course after 101 requires completion of the previous course to continue to the next level. However, classes are not just for aspiring comedians and performers, so don't hesitate to take the courses even if you don't have the desire to become a performer.
